20 Conversations @ Harvard or Stanford
Designed for our senior members, be inspired by new ideas and insights over twenty 90 minute conversations with senior executives from across the globe, and leading faculty members on location in Harvard or Stanford.
Member Assistance Program
Our Member Assistance Program provides members free and exclusive access to confidential, telephone-based, work-related or personal counselling services, and to associated seminars. The counselling service comprises two hours per year of assessment and coaching with experienced psychologists. This is available free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The seminars build workplace skills and include topics such as Building and Maintaining Effective Workplace Relationships and Maintaining Motivation and Morale During Change.
Performance Scholarship
Finsia's Hugh D T Williamson Performance Scholarship is awarded annually to a member for exceptional professional performance, achievement and contribution to the financial services industry. The awarded member will be an outstanding and respected individual within the industry who has aspirations to achieve and perform at the highest level. The member must also demonstrate their leadership capability and ability to inspire other Finsia members.
